Bartlett Square is a new 48-residence condominium community in Rockville, Maryland. The development includes two- to four-story homes within walking distance of Rockville Town Center and near Rockville Metro Station.
Muller is performing turnkey site development and utilities work for Toll Brothers. The scope includes site demolition, erosion and sediment controls, earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water infrastructure, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt paving.
The stormwater system incorporates RCP and HDPE piping, two underground detention systems, flow splitters, BayFilter units, Barracuda hydrodynamic separators, bioretention areas, and planter boxes. Muller is also installing SDR-35 sanitary sewer, ductile iron waterline, gate valves, a fire hydrant, and a wet tap connection to the existing system. Surface improvements include soil cement, asphalt pavement, utility patching, and an asphalt shared-use path.
Work is progressing from demolition and grading through underground utility installation and final surface construction, with Muller’s scope completion anticipated for Summer 2026.
