Muller’s Confidential Mission Critical Site Development project is a turnkey site development project in Loudoun County, Virginia, delivered for HITT Contracting. Muller prepared the 3.3-acre site for follow-on construction through clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment controls, earthwork, stormwater infrastructure installation, site access improvements, and asphalt paving.
Muller’s completed scope included topsoil stripping and respread, cut and fill operations, rock hammering, and fine grading to establish design elevations. Crews installed stormwater infrastructure including reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), drainage structures, and a StormTech detention system with as-built certification. The team also placed riprap, installed curb and gutter, constructed a vehicle entrance, and completed asphalt paving.
The work required careful sequencing around site constraints, subsurface rock, and continuous environmental compliance requirements. Muller maintained erosion and sediment controls throughout construction and coordinated earthwork, stormwater installation, and access improvements to keep the site safe, compliant, and ready for HITT’s next phase of construction.
